SARV Wheel Alignment Turn Plate for Passenger Cars is engineered to deliver consistent and accurate alignment results in professional workshop environments. It allows wheels to rotate freely during alignment procedures, ensuring precise measurement of caster, camber, and steering geometry.
This turn plate features a 360° free-floating movement system, supported by 24 steel balls (Ø15 mm) housed in a durable plastic cage. This ensures smooth, low-friction rotation even under load, improving measurement accuracy.
Constructed from heavy-duty steel sheet, the unit is finished with a black powder coating for corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding workshop conditions.
The dual pin locking system keeps the plate securely zeroed during vehicle drive-on and when not in use. Additionally, the built-in handle and auto-centering design make it easy to position and handle during alignment operations.
With a load capacity of 1000 kg per plate and a 275 mm (10”) top plate diameter, this turn plate is ideal for passenger car alignment in garages, tyre shops, and service centres.
